ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: IT SECURITY SUPPORT REF NO: CMS22/2023

SALARY : R424 104 per annum
CENTRE : Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma (NQF6) in Information Technology (IT) or relevant
qualification. A minimal of three (3) years’ trip in managing and
maintaining IT Security. Knowledge of assignment and strategic management.
Knowledge of Information Technology. Knowledge of public service
procedures and prescripts, Change Management, monetary management,
knowledge Management and carrier Delivery Innovation (SDI). Sound
organising and planning skills, proper conversation skills, right interpersonal
relations skills. Problem fixing and analysis. Innovative and proactive. Ability
to collect and analyse information. Ability to advance and observe policies. Ability
to work for my part and in team. Ability to work underneath excessive pressure. Ability
to work with challenging people and to get to the bottom of conflict. Client orientation and
customer focus.
DUTIES : Maintain ICT Security Infrastructure. Conduct IT hazard management. Compile
risk mitigation graph for all applicable places of work and document implementation progress
to stakeholders. Ensure Audit Compliance. Implement audit recommendations.
Minimise/reduce the quantity of audit findings. Conduct lookup traits in IT
Security. Administration of IT Security Functional Environment. Review the IT
Security Incident Response Plan. Develop and put into effect sketch to mitigate
identified vulnerabilities.
